Your 14-day right of withdrawal<\/h2>

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient (other than the carrier) receive the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received. This statutory withdrawal right does not apply to purchases made for business or professional purposes.<\/p>

How to notify us<\/h2>

Before the period expires, send a clear statement that you wish to withdraw to heating@kolos.lv<\/a> \u00b7 +371 26022778<\/a> or by post to Nomet\u0146u iela 53\u20138, R\u012bga, LV-1002, Latvija. Include your name and enough information to identify the purchase, such as the order number. You may use the form below, but it is not compulsory. You do not need our prior permission to exercise this right.<\/p>

Returning the goods<\/h2>

Send or hand back the goods to SIA KOLOS MEDIA, Nomet\u0146u iela 53\u20138, R\u012bga, LV-1002, Latvija, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. You pay the direct return shipping cost for a change-of-mind return. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy without charging you the necessary return costs. Pack the goods securely and include the supplied accessories. Original packaging is helpful, but an unopened box is not a condition of the withdrawal right.<\/p>

Inspecting a product<\/h2>

You may handle the goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond that. Opening the box does not automatically remove your withdrawal right.<\/p>

Refunds<\/h2>

We refund payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option where applicable, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur refund fees. For a partial return, we refund the amount actually paid for the returned items and any delivery amount required by law.<\/p>

Faulty goods and complaints<\/h2>

Withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract. Consumers may raise a lack-of-conformity claim within two years of delivery, notifying us within two months of discovering it. Depending on the circumstances, remedies include repair or replacement without charge, or a price reduction or contract termination under the conditions laid down by law. These rights are not a separate commercial warranty. Send your complaint and purchase details to heating@kolos.lv. We provide a reasoned written response within 15 working days; if a justified extension is needed, we explain the reason and new response date.<\/p>

If we cannot resolve a complaint<\/h2>

You may seek assistance from Latvia\u2019s Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC)<\/a> and, where applicable, the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission, or take the matter to court.
