Where we deliver
We deliver within Latvia using Omniva parcel lockers and Omniva courier. Delivery outside Latvia is not currently offered through checkout.
Delivery prices
Omniva parcel locker: free for orders with a goods total of €35 or more after discounts; €2.90 for smaller orders. Omniva courier: €10. Prices include VAT. Your delivery charge and total are shown before you place your order.
Dispatch and delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock, paid orders promptly, and where possible on the same day. Orders received on working days before 15:00 or Saturdays before 12:00 are prioritised for that day’s dispatch. This is a dispatch aim, not a guaranteed cutoff. Allow approximately 3–5 days for parcel-locker delivery. Courier delivery normally takes 1–3 working days after dispatch, with deliveries on working days between 08:00 and 17:00. Carrier workload and public holidays can affect these estimates. Any different delivery estimate shown for a product or at checkout forms part of your order.
Receiving your order
Choose your parcel locker at checkout and provide a mobile number for the collection notification. For courier delivery, provide the delivery address and a contact number. We send available dispatch and tracking information by email. If you notice an address error, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after payment authorisation or dispatch.
Delays or damage
If a parcel is late, lost or damaged, contact us with your order number. Photographs of visible damage can help, but are not a condition for exercising your statutory rights. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive them. If delivery is delayed, your statutory rights to require delivery and, where applicable, cancel and receive a refund remain unaffected.
