Products and orders
These terms apply to purchases of kolosAQ, kolosDrive12 and kolosControl64 from kolos.lv. Product descriptions, selected variants and the final checkout summary form part of your order. Before ordering, review the product specifications and installation requirements. Controllers are supplied without an application script, as described on their product pages.
Prices and quantity discounts
Prices and payments are in euro (EUR). Displayed consumer prices include 21% VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before you submit the order. Sensor colours count together for sensor quantity pricing; kolosDrive12 and kolosControl64 count together for controller quantity pricing. Each group is priced independently. Quantities of five or more retain that group’s five-unit price per item. The final cart shows the total payable.
Checkout and contract
You can order without creating a customer account. Check your selected goods, quantities, contact details and delivery option before submitting the order. The final order button identifies the obligation to pay. The sales contract is concluded when we receive successful payment for the order and confirm acceptance by email. An automated acknowledgement of an unpaid order is not a payment confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we contact you and refund any payment received for goods we cannot supply.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments offered through Paysera are processed in its payment flow; your bank or payment provider may require additional authentication. Payment is collected when you complete the selected payment process, before dispatch. We receive payment status and transaction references; we do not request your banking password or card security code by email or telephone.
Delivery, withdrawal and complaints
The Delivery and Returns & refunds pages form part of these terms. They explain delivery fees, expected timing, the 14-day consumer withdrawal right, the withdrawal form and how to raise a complaint. Business purchases do not acquire consumer withdrawal rights merely by using guest checkout.
Personal data
The Privacy policy explains processing needed for orders, delivery, support and legal duties. The Cookie policy explains browser storage. Accepting these sales terms is not consent to advertising, tracking or unrelated personal-data use.
Applicable terms and law
The version available when you place your order applies to that purchase. Later changes do not retrospectively change your order. Latvian law applies without removing any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. These terms do not limit statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We offer the policies in Latvian and English; translation differences do not reduce statutory rights.
